Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in rentals, sales, and property showings
  • Conduct market research and pricing analysis
  • Manage inbound leads from our exclusive funnels
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, buyers, and renters
  • Negotiate offers and close deals confidently (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain accurate transaction and communication records
  • Stay compliant with NYC real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations

Ideal Candidate

  • Ambitious, self-driven, and coachable
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (or currently pursuing license)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus
  • Administrative or bilingual skills highly valued

Income Potential

First-Year Agents: $80K–$150K+
Top Producers: $200K+
