Redken Redken Full Time Educator (Upstate New York)

The Redken Educator (RE) facilitates Redken virtual and live in-salon/suite classes 5 days a week to help our salon professionals and independent stylists to learn better, earn better and live best!     Being a Full Time Educator for Redken comes with great perks, salary, and benefits that you may be interested to find out more info.     The Redken Educator will be responsible for the preparation and execution of all Redken Haircolor Classes, Principle Based and Product Knowledge Classes in Salons/Suites where applicable, as well as, assisting our sales teams with new partnership opportunities.     The position requires the candidate to live in the Upstate NY (Ideally the Buffalo area) (will consider Rochester, Syracuse or Albany)   It is preferred that candidates be a graduate of the Redken Specialist Program and be familiar with the Redken Brand, yet all candidates will be considered. We will train the best candidate on facilitation, the brand and RE position.   Interested candidates for the position may be as ked to do a live 1 Hour Technical I nterview (verbal and/or technical).   INCLUDE ON YOUR CANVAS ME PORTFOLIO: AUDITION VIDEO 3 MONTHS OF SALON STATISTICS WORK EXPERIENCE  BIO PHOTO 3- LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES REQUIREMENTS AT LEAST 2 YEARS COSMETOLOGY LICENSE WORK IN A REDKEN SALON USING A MINIMUM OF 2 REDKEN HAIRCOLOR LINES, HAIRCARE & STYLING COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING REDKEN EDUCATION PROGRAMS OR EQUVALENT EXPERIENCE: REDKEN SPECIALIST & AUTHORITY REDKEN HAIRCOLOR CERTIFICATION IF YOUR ARE SELECTED, MUST COMPLETE & GRADUATE FROM REDKEN ARTIST INDUCTION TRAINING
