Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via inbound and outbound service calls regarding dental benefits.
- Handle basic eligibility and benefits questions for dental providers.
- Document each customer interaction and resolution in the computer tracking system.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while addressing customer requests and concerns.
- Work independently and adhere to assigned schedules with minimal assistance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of previous call center experience.
- Ability to attend 100% classroom training program.
- Strong capacity to retain information and deliver on customer requests.
- Computer savvy with the ability to resolve minor technical issues.
Nice-to-haves
- Dental care industry experience and knowledge considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in remote work.
