Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Annotators to support the development and improvement of advanced conversational AI systems. In this role, you will help ensure high-quality AI outputs by reviewing, validating, and annotating data. Both entry-level and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and annotate data to improve AI model performance.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Identify issues and provide constructive feedback for model improvement.
  • Follow project guidelines and quality standards while completing assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure annotation accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the required target languages and strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, spelling, and comprehension skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and customer-facing content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in content writing, editing, proofreading, product reviews, or technical writing.
  • Familiarity with chatbots, AI tools, or conversational platforms.
  • Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or shopping-related domains is a plus.
