Remote Proctor (Online WFH)

About the Role

We are hiring Freshers and experienced Proctors/Invigilators to ensure the security and integrity of an upcoming online examination drive. In this role, you will monitor test-takers to prevent malpractice.

Please Note: This is a high-security role. To maintain the highest standards of trust, proctors themselves will be monitored under a "Proctor-the-Proctor" framework throughout the shift.

Compliance & "Proctor-the-Proctor" Protocol

Active Monitoring: Just as you monitor students, you will be monitored by a Super-Proctor/Supervisor during your shift.

Screen & Camera Sharing: Your laptop camera must remain ON , and your entire screen will be shared/recorded for the full duration of the shift (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM - Must be flexible).

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a strict policy regarding integrity. Any form of misrepresentation, impersonation, use of unauthorised software, or attempting to bypass monitoring tools will not be entertained. Such actions will lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of payment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Verification: Authenticate test-taker identities via ID checks prior to exam start.

Live Invigilation: continuously monitor candidate video and screen feeds to detect suspicious behavior (e.g., side-glancing, unauthorized devices, or external audio).

Incident Reporting: Log and flag any malpractice immediately according to the provided guidelines.

Platform Management: Assist candidates with basic troubleshooting while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Mandatory Requirements

Hardware: You must own a functioning Laptop/Desktop with a working webcam and microphone. (Mobile/Tablet proctoring is strictly prohibited).

Connectivity: A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is mandatory to support dual-streaming (your camera feed + candidate feeds).

Environment: A quiet, private room free from background noise and interruptions.

Experience: Previous experience in online proctoring, education, or invigilation is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and integrity.

Training & Selection

Mandatory Training: If selected, you will be trained on the process and software 4 days prior to the examination. Attendance is compulsory.

Availability: You must be available for the entire duration of the drives

Last Minute Cancellations : will not be entertained.
