The role involves engaging in online conversations, creating content, and fostering digital communities that are safe and welcoming. Responsibilities Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voice Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience Skills Bilingual (English and French) proficiency Advanced proficiency in English and French Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awareness Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma) Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Benefits U.S Content Specialists receive sick and safe time Flexible time off (paid time off like vacation) A range of benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) U.S employees need to work a minimum of 21 hours per week or more for benefits and flexible time off Company Overview We are dentsu.
