Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure all tables are properly sanitized and maintained throughout the dining service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including culinary ingredients and preparation methods, particularly in fine dining settings.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments, is preferred.
• Proficiency with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about new menu items and trends in the industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
