Retail Operations Trainee
Job Description:
- Participate in Circle K’s College to Convenience year-long C2C development and training program
- Progress through four phases including live leadership event, support function rotations, shadowing Market Managers, and assignment as certified Market Manager
- Recruit, train and discipline store managers across multiple stores in a region
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and industry regulations in stores
- Set regional goals, sales estimates and revenue projections and monitor P&L reports
- Manage a regional budget and address operational problems
- Liaise between regional branches and company headquarters
- Ensure consistent customer service levels and make recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Degree in business management or related field
- Quantitative aptitude or experience managing budgets
- Leadership and decision-making ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill
- Retail experience is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license
