We are looking for a seasoned EAM Functional Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to support our enterprise asset management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have led or contributed to EAM transitions from IBM Maximo to SAP and possess a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management in a regulated bio-pharmaceutical environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PM solutions.
  • Drive the transition of EAM systems from IBM Maximo to SAP, ensuring seamless data migration and process alignment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, IT, and quality teams to align SAP PM functionalities with business needs.
  • Develop and document functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and other regulatory standards throughout the asset management lifecycle.
  • Support system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
  • Proven experience in EAM project transitions from IBM Maximo to SAP.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes, asset lifecycle management, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, QM, FI/CO).
  • Experience working in biopharma or life sciences industry with knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, GxP).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in Plant Maintenance or related modules.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and digital asset strategies.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.77/hour - $71.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
