Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following coding standards and best practices. Develop and execute test cases to ensure the reliability and functionality of web applications and to ensure the web app maintains its accessibility standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall product roadmap. Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or QA testers promptly. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Evaluate and integrate emerging web technologies and frameworks to optimize performance and scalability. Oversee deployment and maintenance processes, ensuring continuous improvement and high availability in production environments. Lead all aspects of software development and product engineering. Mentor junior engineers.
