About the position
Hulu Skewer House is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join their service team as Servers, Waiters, and Waitresses. The role focuses on providing exceptional hospitality, engaging with guests, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional hospitality to each guest. ,
- Greet guests in a timely and professional manner and take their orders using suggestive selling techniques. ,
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging guests about the restaurant's concepts and grilling techniques. ,
- Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain a safe environment. ,
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are accurate. ,
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately. ,
- Serve food and beverage orders within established time frames once the entire order is complete. ,
- Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift. ,
- Work with the entire team in the front of the house and the kitchen to ensure the best possible guest experience.
Requirements
- Customer service experience ,
- Fluency in English ,
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required ,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment ,
- Strong passion for hospitality
