Solutions Architect Specialist

<p>The Solutions Architect Specialist is a vital partner to our Sales team, focused on identifying complex supply chain inefficiencies and crafting customized integration solutions. In this role, you will lead technical discovery sessions, create impactful Proofs of Concept (POCs), and act as the subject matter expert on how our platform integrates with customer ecosystems, enhancing B2B processes for increased resilience and scalability.</p><p><b>What You Will Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor throughout the sales process.</li><li>Conduct discovery sessions with prospective and current customers to gather business and technology requirements.</li><li>Translate technical architecture into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders (CTO, COO, VP of Supply Chain).</li><li>Showcase the value of Cleo solutions through engaging presentations and demonstrations, both on-site and remotely.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management to provide essential customer feedback, influencing the product roadmap according to market trends and customer needs.</li><li>Evaluate, scope, and deliver proofs of concept (POCs) to highlight the benefits of Cleo's solutions in actual customer environments.</li><li>Lead technical responses for RFI/RFPs, clearly communicating our unique value propositions against competitors.</li></ul><p><b>Your Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.</li><li>5+ years in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles, such as support or services.</li><li>Experience with cloud-based or on-premises integration software.</li><li>In-depth understanding of core Supply Chain processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Load Tender-to-Invoice.</li><li>Knowledge of B2B integrations, such as EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data structures.</li></ul><p><b>A few things we offer:</b></p><ul><li>Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus potential.</li><li>Great Healthcare, Dental, and Vision benefits.</li><li>Flexible PTO to support your life-work balance.</li><li>401k match available.</li><li>FSA and HSA options provided.</li><li>Employee Assistance Program and Paid Parental Leave.</li><li>Remote work environment.</li><li>Be part of a company with over 4,000 clients and a stunning 99% retention rate.</li><li>Accelerated title and salary growth potential.</li><li>A fun and energetic work atmosphere that will inspire you.</li></ul><p>We use artificial intelligence tools to aid in certain recruitment stages, such as resume screening and candidate matching.
