Hand & Stone Millcreek is hiring a Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a strong team, and drive membership and revenue growth across both massage and skincare services.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll spend the majority of your time in the spa, supporting your team, interacting with guests, and making real-time decisions that impact performance.
We’re a locally owned, family-operated massage and facial spa focused on building a positive culture, delivering a high-quality guest experience, and creating long-term success for both our team and our clients.
We operate out of a beautiful, newly built spa environment and are in a fast-growing phase, creating a great opportunity for a manager who wants to make an impact and grow with the business.
You won’t be on your own. Ownership is actively involved and available to support you with strategy, problem-solving, and growth — giving you the autonomy to lead while having experienced partners to back you up.
What You’ll Do
Lead Daily Operations & Spa Experience- Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy massage and facial spa
- Own the entire spa experience — including guest experience, cleanliness, and overall culture/vibe
- Set the tone for how the spa feels to both guests and team members
- Spend significant time at the front desk supporting team performance
- Manage schedules, coverage, and overall spa flow
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians
- Hold team members accountable to performance and service expectations
- Create a positive, motivated, and team-oriented culture
- Improve employee retention and engagement
- Own membership, retail, and revenue goals across massage and facial services
- Coach the team on membership conversion and guest experience
- Track key performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed
- Analyze results and implement improvements
- Support marketing efforts (community outreach, referrals, email, in-spa promotions)
- Help drive new client traffic and membership growth
- Handle reporting, deposits, inventory, and supply ordering
- Monitor performance and contribute to profit-focused decision-making

- Consistent, high-quality guest experience across massage and facial services
- Maintaining a strong spa reputation through excellent service, positive reviews, and consistent execution
- 2+ years of management experience (spa, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive results
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends required)

- $41,600–$47,800 base salary + bonuses up to $24,000 annually
