What you’ll do:
Help customers via phone, email, or chat — no sales, just friendly support
Answer questions about products, services, and orders
Deliver solutions and create a positive customer experience
Work closely with your team and managers — remotely, but connected
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
What we’re looking for:
Fluent Spanish (C1 level or native)
Good English skills (B2 or higher) for training and internal communication
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset
No previous experience required — we provide full training!
Ready to relocate to Greece (remote work starts after relocation)
