Each day you will visit various customer sites and provide care for the plants by performing trained tasks such as grooming, rotating and watering. You must also possess a genuine desire to service customers by taking the best possible care of the plants in their work environment.

Job Summary: The Exterior Plant Specialist is responsible for the care, maintenance, and installation of plants and landscapes in outdoor environments. This includes tasks such as planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and ensuring the overall health and appearance of the exterior plants. The technician will also interact with clients, providing excellent customer service and advice on plant care.
Plant Care and Maintenance:

Perform regular maintenance of exterior plants including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control.
Installation and Landscaping:

Assist in the planning and installation of new plantings and landscaping projects.
Plant new flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery as required. Provide clients with plant care advice and recommendations.
Solid communication and critical problem solving skills
Experience caring for plants is preferred
Have a good driving record and ability to drive a van / truck
