To be considered, applicants must:
- Be a rising college junior graduating May 2028 - August 2028 pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Explore summer internship opportunities with Spectrum.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for employer sponsorship.
- Must be able to participate and successfully complete all program-related activities.
- Reside within 50 miles of a Charter corporate office in Stamford, CT, Charlotte, NC, St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, Austin, TX.
- Major in one of the following areas in residing location:
