Temporary Warehouse Worker-Energy Storage
B2U Storage Solutions, Inc. (B2U) is the leading provider of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) utilizing 2nd life OEM EV battery packs. B2U’s patented energy storage systems are interconnected to the grid, selling energy and grid services into wholesale markets. B2U’s energy storage systems have been operational since 2020. B2U’s second grid connected energy storage system has been operational since November 2023. A third facility is now being converted from PV only to a hybrid storage facility. Additional energy storage systems for B2U’s own portfolio and for customers are in development.
This is a 1-month to 2 month temporary project.
Duties
- Receiving and opening cargo crates
- Offloading materials and processing deliveries
- Must be proficient using small power tools
- Shrink wrap materials and cargo for storage
- Follow direction of team leader
- Will be working outside
- Must wear required PPE materials (vest, dust mask, gloves, etc)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment highly desirable.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse operations and management.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 per hour
