Training Implementation Specialist
Job Description:
- Develop engaging learning experiences by producing high quality training content
- Create industry leading training materials leveraging creative software suites
- Conduct needs analysis with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Develop and deliver creative programs for all levels of employees
- Schedule and lead training sessions with key stakeholders
- Maintain compliant training programs to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Training and Development, Educational Technology, or related field
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Ability to develop a vision for adopting emerging educational technologies
- Knowledge of current practices in technology-based learning systems
- Excellent knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation style communication skills
- Ability to maintain a customer focus and achieve learning goals
