Vice President, PMO | $300k+

<p>Feldspar & Flint LLC is a NYC metro-based Talent Consulting firm that specializes in operational strategy across core business functions.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a seasoned and strategic leader to establish and scale our project management discipline. This role will formalize processes, drive execution, and enable delivery across complex technology and business initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a robust project management framework aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.</li><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, including trading systems, connectivity, vendor integrations, budgets, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Define best practices for planning, governance, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Build and scale project delivery capabilities to support business growth and complexity.</li><li>Act as a trusted partner to senior product and technology leaders, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation.</li><li>Oversee task assignments, progress tracking, and issue resolution; escalate blockers and manage risks proactively.</li><li>Apply experience from exchanges, broker-dealers, or fintech environments to create scalable methodologies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of progressive project management experience in capital markets, exchanges, or broker-dealers.</li><li>Familiarity with trading system migrations, market data feeds, vendor onboarding, and connectivity programs.</li><li>US equities or options experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Proven ability to build and scale project management functions.</li><li>Skilled in managing delivery in complex, regulated environments.</li><li>Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.</li><li>Expertise in process optimization and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of project management best practices; experience formalizing PM functions.</li><li>Agile methodology experience required; PMP or CSM certifications a plus.</li><li>Ability to thrive in hybrid work environments.</li></ul>
